RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

 Our return guarantee is valid within 30 days of the order date. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase was made, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If you would like to return any item(s), for either a refund or exchange, you'll need to contact us via email (disputes@worldbestsellers.co.uk). 

RETURNS POLICY:

To attend your return request, we will need your order number, as provided in the notification email.

Please don't send any items back to us until you've completed a return request!

1. Conditions To be eligible for a return:

To be eligible for a return, several conditions must be met. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Any returns must be in resalable condition.  Several types of goods are non-refundable. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers and magazines cannot be returned. Products such as intimate or sanitary items, hazardous substances or flammable liquids or gases are also not accepted.

Additional non-refundable items:

* Gift cards
* Downloaded software products
* Some health and personal care items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS videos, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records where the package was opened.
* Any part that is not in its original condition, e.g. damaged or incomplete.
* Any part that is returned later than 30 days after delivery

2. Processing the return:

Once we approve your return, we'll send you details of where to send your order to, and what are the following steps. After receiving your return, it can take up to 5 working days to process your request and  issue an exchange or refund. A contact by our team may be made, to discuss options such as the product you’d like instead.

REFUNDS (if applicable):

Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned product and to notify you of your refund's approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will automatically be credited to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refund (if applicable):

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially booked. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Only normal price items can be refunded, unfortunately discount items cannot be refunded.
